The Company provides professionals in biostatistics, statistical programming, data management, drug safety, medical writing, risk analysis, marketing, outcomes research and utilization. Focused on quality and responsive service, the Gerard Group delivers the skilled professionals its clients need to more quickly and efficiently get their products to market.
In addition to full time hourly contractors Gerard also provides our clients with candidates on a contract to hire and full time employment basis.

Management Biography
For the past fifteen years Gerard ‘Ernest’ Pineda has specialized in the contract, contract to hire and full time placement of Biostatisticians, Statistical Programmers, SAS Programmers, Data Managers, Risk Analyst, Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Operations personnel.
As a working manager, he has consistently been recognized for his ability to develop meaningful personal and business relationships. He was awarded the Atlantic Search Group’s (ASG) President's Award for Outstanding Service (2002 & 2005) and has reached ASG's President's Club status (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2008). Ernest has been the number one producer for ASG in 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009.
Ernest is also President of California Staffing Professional's (CSP) Golden Gate Chapter. He was awarded the California Staffing Professional of the Year Award in 2007. Recently, he was awarded CSP's Diamond Award 2008-2009 for excellence in service to the Golden Gate Chapter and the CSP State Board Award 2008-2009 (3rd Vice President CSP State Board 2009-2010).
Ernest holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics and a Master's degree in Public Administration, both from the University of San Francisco.
